Refund policy

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned after the allowed period are not eligible for return or refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
