Refund policy

We offer refunds only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

• Minor color or design variations

• Products damaged due to misuse

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
